Q) I already use the Connect & Pay or 365Pay app. What happens to that account?
A) You can actually sign-in using your same account info and it will transfer to the refive market app.
Q) How do I register my new refive market™ app at work?
A) Open the app and click Pay on the navigation bar. Scan the QR code at the kiosk to link your account and set Home Location. No purchase necessary.
Q) How many refive rewards points do I earn for purchases?
A) The first Member tier gets 10 points per dollar. Each additional tier gets 1 more point per dollar. Ex: Star Shopper is $1 = 13 points.
Q) Why did my promo discount not show up when I bought the product at the kiosk?
A) The discount works as a rebate and will be credited back to your account, typically within 15 minutes, but may take up to an hour.
Q) How often do we get new promotions in the market?
A) The majority of our promos rotate every 60 days.
Q) What is Home Location in the refive market™ app?
A) Home Location is set when you first download the app and link to a kiosk by scanning the Pay QR code. This location determines how your offers/rewards are triggered and is permanently tied to your account.
Q) Can I change my Home Location myself?
A) No, your Home Location cannot be changed by users. Please contact [email protected] to do so.
Q) What is App Location and how is it different from Home Location?
A) App Location refers to the location displayed at the top of your Home tab. You can change it any time, and it affects the content shown on your home page (like gifting and announcements). However, it does not affect your Home Location or the Rewards and Offers you receive.
